Right of Withdrawal Information and Withdrawal Form
Legal Base
The following terms are based on the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161.
For customers residing in EU member states other than Italy, the provisions of this policy shall not limit or exclude any additional consumer rights granted under the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Italian version shall prevail.
Legal Framework
The consumer’s right of withdrawal is governed by Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005).
A “consumer” is any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period lasts for 14 days, starting from the day the consumer, or a third party other than the delivery carrier, physically receives the last item in your order.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have beforehand expressively requested otherwise.
No fees will be charged for said reimbursement under any circumstances.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You are responsible for sending back the goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, as provided for in Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by using or handling the goods beyond what was necessary to check their condition and features.
In the event of partial return of items forming part of a set, the price will be recalculated based on the value of the products retained by the customer.
General Guidelines
• To avoid damage or contamination, please return the goods, if possible, in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection during transport.
• Please do not send parcels with unpaid postage (cash on delivery).
These guidelines are purely recommendatory and do not constitute a condition for the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Return Costs
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The above-mentioned article provides that the consumer must be informed of this obligation before the conclusion of the purchase; this information is clearly indicated on the product pages, in the information section and at checkout.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement — in this case, by sending an email to the address indicated below.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period (counted from the physical receipt of the last item) has expired.
