SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time
All products are made to order with a standard production time of 1-2 business days.

Production times may be longer during high-demand periods such as holidays, product launches, promotions or low/no stock available.

2. Shipping Times
After production is complete, orders are shipped from our EU fulfillment partner from Germany.

Estimated delivery times for the EU are 3-7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within Italy and the European Union.
Shipping costs are already included in the product prices. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped using carriers selected by our fulfillment partners, which may include:
DHL
DPD
GLS
UPS

Tracking availability depends on the carrier used and may not always be supported. Lack of tracking does not affect your rights regarding lost or undelivered packages.

Please note:
Delivery times may vary if products are low or out of stock. 

5. Shipping Areas
We currently ship exclusively to the European Union.
No customs duties apply for EU orders.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped once the customer pays the additional shipping costs.

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by unforeseen external events. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect or Defective Items
Please report incorrect or defective items within 7 days for fastest resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights.
